These terms govern rental requests and vehicle rentals from Caribbean Island Car Rental LLC.
Availability and rates
Vehicle availability and rates are subject to confirmation. An online request does not create a confirmed reservation until accepted by the company.
Coverage
Customers may use eligible personal insurance or select available coverage through the website. Eligibility and final coverage terms must be confirmed before the rental.
Vehicle condition and return
A joint return inspection is mandatory and cannot be omitted. The rental contract remains open until the inspection is complete and the customer confirms it.
Rental items and cleanliness
Package items must be returned in good condition. Customers must keep the vehicle clean and use seat protection beneath child seats after aquatic outings.
Electronic communication
By submitting a request, you consent to contact by phone, email, or WhatsApp. Receipts, photos, and rental documents may be delivered electronically.
